Cinnamon Catering can provide experienced and professional food and beverage waiting staff. We can assist you to determine your required staffing levels based on the number of guests, menu selection and style of event.

Staff rates

Monday to Saturday (7am to 12am) - $34.20 per waiter per hour.

Sunday (7am to 12am) - $37.30 per waiter per hour.

Public holidays - $49.60 per waiter per hour.

Surcharge (12am to 3am) - $8.55 per waiter per hour.

All prices quoted are hourly rates and include GST.

Minimum call out charge: 3 hours per staff member.

Responsible service of alcohol

Cinnamon Catering has a Responsible Service of Alcohol policy.
It is illegal to serve alcoholic beverages to any person who is intoxicated or who may attempt to drive a vehicle, and as such Cinnamon Catering reserves the right to refuse service to such person and/or request the departure from the premises of such person. It is illegal also to serve alcoholic beverages to any person under 18 years of age and Cinnamon Catering reserves the right to request suitable identification to this end.
